As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff management, and profitability. You'll need to be proactive in problem-solving, have a strong focus on team development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate the store team, including recruitment, training, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer queries and complaints professionally.
Financial Management:
Manage store budgets, control costs, monitor sales, and drive profitability by analysing financial reports and implementing improvement strategies.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and overall cleanliness.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Maintain optimal stock levels, manage inventory ordering, and reduce wastage by efficiently managing stock.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a great customer experience and can lead a team by example. You will have a hands-on approach and will be as comfortable working on the frontline as you are with managing the business side of things.
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar store management role, ideally within the fast-food or hospitality industry and or level 5 or above qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff development.
- Proven ability to manage finances, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
