We are currently looking for aFull-TimeStore Managerto lead the team at our brand new Sylvia Parkstore opening mid-July . The successful applicant will have previous retail experience as they will be accountable for theend to end operationsof the store.This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your drive and initiative.
Once you have joined theBlack Pepper familyyou will not be alone. A complete induction program and continuous professional development covering all areas of management are provided - We want you to succeed! Key Responsibilities: Work with the team to drive our sales and meet our goals!
Creating a great dialogue with our customers to understand their needs
Styling customers to ensure they look and feel great
Create internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales
Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience
Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store
Manage monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets. About You: Retail management experience
Strong leadership skills to support our exceptional team
Customer Service attitude with enthusiasm and initiative!
Strong organisational and problem solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities.
