WHAT YOU'LL DO In this full-time role (40 hours per week) you'll primarily be the welcoming face that leads our teams in serving and selling to customers within our fantastic Hawera store.
As a Base Lead, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Hawera store and team in achieving our targets (strong commercial acumen).Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture.Working to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools).Able to represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback.Supporting and driving Spark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose.WHO YOU'LL BE As a Spark Store Lead you are:
