Store Assistant

DM & AM Restaurants Limited are looking to hire a store assistant for our busy dairy shop in Queenstown, Otago. The salary will range from $29.70 to $31.00 for a minimum of 30 hours a week. Any overtime worked over 30 hours will be paid as per the base hourly pay.Daily Tasks Involved in the Role:Manage daily operations of dairy shop to meet goals.Follow and enforce store policies, security measures, and customer service standards.Provide excellent customer service.Stock management.Manage product storage.Ensure that grocery shelves are maintained clean and organized.Ensure that all products are properly priced and labelled.Maintain the shop clean, safe, and appealing.Job Pre-requisites:1 year of relevant experience OR level 4 management related qualifications.Physically fit, as heavy lifting may be required as part of the role.You must be available to work during weekends, public holidays, late hours, and rotational shifts.Excellent work ethic and reliability.Applicants for this position should have NZ Citizenship or residency or a valid NZ work visa (please mention your current residency status in your CV).Job Type: Full-timePay: $29.70 – $31.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 30 per weekSchedule:OvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplementary Pay:Overtime payLicence/Certification:Resident visa or NZ citizenship (Preferred)
