Store Assistant

NEW WORLDWESTEND - ROTORUA Store Assistant The Grocery Assistant is responsible for assisting in ensuring the Grocery department is presented in an appealing manner at all times, and eye-catching displays are built & maintained, thereby encouraging customers to make purchases. You are also responsible for handling all customer enquiries, complaints, and product knowledge, customer service skills, and encouraging repeat business.
You are also responsible for ensuring stock is rotated appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation and merchandising of stock
Excellent organisational and self-management skills
Strong communication both verbal and written
Physically fit and healthy
Flexibility to work any hours
Excellent customer service skills
