Developing others' skill sets, leading installs, and taking charge of technical fabrication.The Role:Installing stone North Island wideProblem solving installation issuesConfidently undertaking remedial work (such as repairing chips etc)Providing technical advice to our designers and joinersAssisting with developing other team membersLeading fabrication of technical jobs / higher end workAbout you:You're easy-going and not easily fazed, but keen to get stuck in and get the job done right. You like to work with a good team and get along well with others.You'll bring experience and knowledge of stone installation and fabrication, as well as an ability to communicate well with others.You'd describe yourself as reliable, honest, and generally an all-round good human!We do require that you have at least 3 years of relevant work experience or a relevant trade qualification.About us:Based in Rotorua, we have a pretty awesome stone benchtop manufacturing operation. All new machinery and equipment, all surpassing safety standards.
