We are on the lookout for a dedicated people to join our team to work as Traffic Controllers and STMS workers.Your Role:In this position, you'll wear multiple hats, covering STMS duties, general labor, and other responsibilities related to Temporary Traffic Management. Effective communication and a strong team approach are essential as you'll manage Traffic Control staff and ensure that all sites adhere to TMP requirements. Building strong client relationships is another key aspect of this role.Requirements:

Hold a Full Class 1 or 2 license.
Possess a current STMS Qualification.
Be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Exhibit excellent communication skills.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to motivate.
Prioritize safety at all times.
