HEB Construction are on the hunt for a reliable, motivated and physically fit STMS Cat 1/2/3s to join our traffic Team based in Canterbury.This position provides traffic management support to ensure the delivery of effective temporary traffic management across various local road projects.In this diverse, hands on role you will need to be able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment and be able to make decisions under pressure.Your main responsibilities will include:Setting up and removing site traffic managementCompleting all required documentation prior to and post projectDirecting incoming deliveries to site while ensuring the safety of workers and the publicOverseeing the establishment, maintenance and removal of TTM measuresThe following qualifications, experience and skills are required:STMS:Current STMS qualification (category A/B/C or equivalent)A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeFull class 1 driver license (Class 2 would be awesome)Experience and knowledge on Local Roads (both Rural and Urban)An ability to coach and train on site staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintainedProfessional presentation and ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the publicAbility to work shiftsSite Safe/Construct Safe is preferred
