The role requires the Team to undertake shift work as set out below (including public holidays).Each Team member will have to rotate through each shift pattern on a weekly basis and work a minimum of 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday: 04:30 - 13:00 Morning shift 12:30 - 21:00 Afternoon shift 20:30 - 05:00 Night shiftSaturdays are seated with the ASM Corridor business.Sunday by roster with 1 month lead time.About You:Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:STMS A, B, C Practicing.Full Class 2 New Zealand Drivers licence.Experience in a leading staff including developing people in TTM.Experience in incident response activities or similar industry.Experience in directing TTM at reactive incident sites.Risk assessment and skills keeping people safe by promoting a safe culture.Physically fit and able to manipulate traffic devices such as cones and signs.Basic computer literacy and written skills.Workplace first aid trained (preferred).If this is the role you have been waiting for, to challenge the status quo and work within a high-performing team, then apply online today and we will reach out for a confidential chat.An appointment to this role will be made when the right candidate is found, so do not delay!
