Key Responsibilities: Assist with the assembly and erection of steel structures, including beams, columns, and trusses. Load and unload materials safely on job sites. Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision. Follow instructions from experienced steel erectors and project supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe worksite. Qualifications: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic understanding of construction safety practices. Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
