We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Station Manager to lead our Auckland Airport team on a full-time basis.
In this challenging role, you will oversee the operations of the station and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining fleet, and driving revenue growth.
Some of the key responsibilities include:

Lead Auckland Airport operations in alignment with Europcar's values
Manage station costs to meet financial targets
Oversee all aspects of staff management, including recruitment and performance
Train and mentor staff to develop their sales and customer service skills, fostering a high-performance culture
Enhance vehicle utilization and fleet availability
Drive revenue growth and minimize expenses
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience
Ensure accurate and compliant station administration

To be considered for this position you should possess:

Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth
The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude
Some fleet management experience (highly desirable)
Valid New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record
Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights.
