About the opportunity We are seeking a driven and motivated State Field Operations and Business Development Manager to join the sales and merchandising team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
This role is primarily focused on the Perth Metro area, where you will directly manage a territory of 20 stores.
In addition to overseeing operations, you will lead and inspire a small team of representatives and merchandisers while identifying new business opportunities.
This position combines leadership, sales, account management, and business development, offering a mix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
