About the opportunity We are seeking a driven and motivated State Field Operations and Business Development Manager to join the sales and merchandising team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This role is primarily focused on the Perth Metro area, where you will directly manage a territory of 20 stores. In addition to overseeing operations, you will lead and inspire a small team of representatives and merchandisers while identifying new business opportunities. This position combines leadership, sales, account management, and business development, offering a mix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, while developing new revenue streams Lead, nurture, and develop your team, ensuring KPIs are met Manage the appearance standards of merchandise in stores Allocate merchandisers effectively and ensure stock is ordered and replenished Support the State Sales Manager in meeting sales targets and responsibilities What We're Looking For Sales experience with an understanding of building relationships and presenting solutions Experience working across multiple sites is advantageous but not essential Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills A valid driver's licence What's On Offer: Competitive salary package Fully expensed company car Comprehensive onboarding program Product discounts A chance to make a real impact within a supportive, inclusive culture If you're ready to grow your career in a dynamic, people-focused company, apply now!
