We really are a company that wants to make a positive difference.He whakamarama mo te turanga mahi | About the roleThis is a 6-month fixed term role to cover project work.The Stakeholder Liaison Coordinator provides best practice advice to our operations and capital teams on stakeholder and community engagement.The role is pivotal to providing a customer and stakeholder perspective during renewal projects construction, communicating Watercare works and providing feedback to project teams on potential impacts to stakeholders and appropriate mitigations.The Stakeholder Liaison Coordinator will be responsible for the development of stakeholder communications, working in partnership with project managers and contractors on accurate messaging.
They will provide on the ground support to stakeholders to provide project updates, answer questions and handle complaints.The role ensures appropriate follow up and evaluation of projects is done via the Voice of the Community programme and managing responses to complaints and key issue themes in the interests of continuous improvement.Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | About youTo be successful in this role, you will have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with people at all levels across the organisation, both internally and externally.Your Skills And Background Will IncludeExcellent written and oral communications skills, including an ability to deal with ambiguity and problem solving.A collaborative approach to everything you do, so how you work with team members, contractors and community groups to ensure clear lines of communication will be a key strength.Support the delivery of stakeholder communications to ensure the communities we service have positive experiences with Watercare.
