In this role you will be a subject matter expert (SME) of UCG's operational processes and liaise with our key external stakeholders.Ko to mahi – What you will doDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholdersWork collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to drive positive outcomesEnsure quality and compliance to legislative requirementsProvide guidance and support to remote and virtual colleaguesEnsure designs and consent applications meet customer specific quality requirementsNa tou rourou - What you will bringYou will have previous experience within the telecommunications industry, including:Liaising with external stakeholders (Councils, Utilities Companies, and Local Authorities) to obtain information and negotiate successful outcomesExposure to UFB and NGA architecture, relevant to either build or provisioning, is desirableExperience in handling Land Access Applications and Work Access Permits will be highly regardedYou are an experienced and confident facilitator with the technical clout, who enjoys engaging with people across all walks of life.
