Working with stainless steel, alloy, and mild steel, you will be creating everything from tanks and hoppers to process lines for industries such as dairy and food production.You will also get to actively use your great welding and fabrication skills, knowledge, and abilities to manage diverse on-the-job challenges, both individually and as part of a small, highly supportive team.About you: You don't want just a job, but a role where you get to think for yourself and make decisions.

Self-driven with the ability to work unsupervised, you also must be Trade qualified with solid experience in stainless welding and light fabrication.Ideally you will:Be Trade Certified in a mechanical engineering field, or have equivalent training and experienceA solid knowledge of welding in stainless and alloy with appropriate welding tickets or trade qualification (or be capable of passing welding tickets)Ability to weld light gauge stainless to high quality finish, i.e.
bench tops and sinks.Practical hands-on experience in stainless-steel fabrication is essential (5+ years preferred).Have proven competence in reading and fabricating from engineering drawingsHave the ability to discuss jobs directly with and understand clearly what the client wantsHold a current NZ Drivers' LicenceAbout us: Providing expert engineering services to multiple industries has been a key part of our business since 1972.
