Job Description

Stage Hand (Stewarding / Set Up):
Behind the Scenes Brilliance: Unseen Hero: You're the unseen hero, ensuring a flawless performance behind the scenes. Your meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and setting up the kitchen, restaurants, and event spaces creates a pristine environment for culinary artistry.The Art of Efficiency: Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in all areas, prioritizing food safety and ensuring a spotless environment.Seamless Operations: Work efficiently to ensure a seamless setup and breakdown of dining areas before, during, and after service, contributing to a smooth and organized operation.Supply Management: Replenish kitchen and F&B supplies, anticipating needs and maintaining continuous smooth operations.Team Collaboration: Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, collaborating effectively with all departments to ensure exceptional service. Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate: Experienced Steward: 2+ years of experience in kitchen stewarding, public area cleaning, or event setup, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.Cleaning Expert: Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene/food safety procedures, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks efficiently, in a high-volume environment, contributing to a well-maintained environment.Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a spotless and organized environment.
