Job Summary
Roslyn Physiotherapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team from February 2025. New graduates are welcome to apply. This role involves delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to a diverse range of clients, including private, ACC, and sports-related cases. As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals. The role will also involve working with a local rugby team during the winter months alongside physiotherapy students.

Limitation of Authority
No delegation to make capital purchases.
No staffing delegation.
Schedule changes must be approved by Director(s).
Limitations of practice
Must not practice outside levels of professional competence/scope of practice.
Must adhere to Roslyn Physio's policy regarding limitations of service.
Key Tasks
To carry out best practice physiotherapy treatments within Roslyn Physio Clinic.
Performance appraisals, treatment audits, and in-service education.
Keep patient clinical notes current.
Maintain treatment room professionalism.
Liaise with referring practitioners.
Attend in-services weekly.
Maintain Professional Development Plan (PDP).
Help administrate clinic website and Facebook pages.
Provide physiotherapy service to Kaikorai Rugby during the rugby season.
Manage physiotherapy students as sports medics for other teams at Kaikorai.
Key Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
NZ Physiotherapy Board Registration.
Essential Skills: Excellent clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
Desirable Skills: Experience in sports physiotherapy working with athletes.
