Company Description To assist our staff with the shortage of accommodation in Queenstown, we have a hostel facility that provides small dorm accommodation with communal facilities. Job Description The role includes a mix of administration, welcoming new team members, and inducting them. Daily cleaning duties and general upkeep of the building. Managing day-to-day operations of the hostel. Conducting room inspections. Maintaining house rules to ensure all staff enjoy the facility. Responding patiently to requests in a timely manner. Exhibiting a cheerful and professional demeanor. Demonstrating good organizational skills. Managing bookings, payment schedules, departure dates, and correspondence. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements and managing contractors. Solving problems effectively.
