Staff Hostel Manager

Job Description A mix of administration, welcoming new team members and inducting them  There is daily cleaning duties, general upkeep of building and managing day to day operation of the hostel.
Room inspections Maintain house rules to ensure all staff enjoy the facility.
Ability to relate well and respond patiently to requests in a timely manner Cheerful and professional Good organizational skills Manage bookings, payment schedules, departure dates and correspondence Responsible for Health & Safety requirements and managing contractors.
Ability to solve problems  We want our staff to live in clean accommodation that is comfortable and well managed so all enjoy the facility.
