Staff Hostel Manager

Company Description To assist our staff with the shortage of accommodation in Queenstown, we have a hostel facility that provides small dorm accommodation with communal facilities.
We welcome someone who has run a hostel, lodge, or similar to look after 30 rooms and up to 70 live-in staff.
Job Description This role involves a mix of administration, welcoming new team members, and inducting them.
Daily cleaning duties and general upkeep of the building.
Managing the day-to-day operation of the hostel.
Conducting room inspections.
Maintaining house rules to ensure all staff enjoy the facility.
Responding patiently to requests in a timely manner.
Exhibiting a cheerful and professional demeanor.
Demonstrating good organizational skills.
Managing bookings, payment schedules, departure dates, and correspondence.
Responsible for Health & Safety requirements and managing contractors.
Problem-solving abilities.
