We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our highly skilled and dedicated inpatient team at North Shore, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Te Whatu Ora Waitemata is leading the way in the Northland region in digital innovation with electronic patient notes, e-prescribing and e-vitals and have strong links with our community and outpatient services.
Key requirements for this role: New Zealand registered Physiotherapist with current APC2+ years of recent inpatient experience, preferably orthopaedic and surgical patientsAbility to lead, support and mentor/supervise junior staffExperience with student supervisionStrong clinical assessment skills, great communication and fast thinkingWithin this role you will receive: Support and development of your personal and professional goalsSupport and mentoring from senior clinicians and clinical coachesEducation to be able to support junior staff with clinical development and supervisionRegular professional supervision from experienced cliniciansOpportunities to contribute to service delivery and quality improvement projectsTraining and support for this availableCredentialing for weekend work: required to work 3 weekend days / 3-month rosterIf this sounds like you then apply online!
Full time hours: 80hrs / fortnight
Salary range: $74,842 - $113,000 (step 1-10) to be adjusted to new scale on appointment
