This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at hedge funds, family offices, and fintech companies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services to institutional clients, including hedge funds, family offices, and fintech companies.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, working with the different teams within Marketing and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the design and messaging of marketing materials to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed to execute marketing campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future initiatives.
Utilize analytics tools to measure engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing, advertising, and social media.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
Strong research, data, and analytical skills.
Deep understanding of AI and how to leverage it to support your initiatives.
Familiarity with data analysis tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.
Creative thinker, innovative marketer, self-motivated.
Ability to effectively review, prepare, and present to stakeholders.
The capacity to identify and address issues, adapt to market changes, and find solutions to challenges.
Proven experience working with or for broker/dealers.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies targeting hedge funds and family offices.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on institutional clients.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
An advanced degree is preferred.
