Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our products and systems, ensuring their optimal performance. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our business.Key Responsibilities:Service and maintenance of security equipment and third-party equipment on all designated sitesSecurity system installations, calibrations and maintenance including diagnoses and faults repair electronic security (CCTV, Access point etc) and mechanical equipmentBuild strong relationships and maintain trust with clients and customersAble to work and perform duties outside of normal working hours at timesHealth and safety conscious and promote zero harmBe accountable in managing sites and sub-contractorsKey Experience & Capabilities:Trade certificate or at least 2 years' relevant experienceSecurity experience required, BMS and/or Network experience is good to haveAnalytical and can think outside of the boxStrong communication skills both written and verbalHealth and safety conscious and knowledgeSelf-motivated and able to work on site with no supervisionAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHold full driver's license and willing travel across customers sites within ChristchurchWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
