Spray Painter / Furniture Finisher

We currently have an opportunity available for a Furniture Finisher / Spray Painter to join our Furniture Finishing Team. This part of our Furniture Production process involves taking the assembled furniture items and applying stains, sealers, and top coats. We have a well-equipped 3000 sq metre workshop and a staff of 20 - 30. The Polish shop currently runs two Seetal Downdraft Enclosed Spray booths and two open canopy booths, all equipped with air-assisted airless painting systems. We are using both water and spirit borne stains and finishes. Workflow is closely managed from the Factory Manager with goals and priorities discussed every day in a morning meeting, supported by a live computerized system to assist with prioritizing tasks. Responsibilities: Prep furniture items for finishing (sanding, sealing, and touch-ups as needed). Apply stains, sealers, and finishing coats. Mix finishes and stains as required. Match stain colors to meet customer requests. Maintain high finishing standards. Qualifications: At least two years of furniture finishing or spray-painting experience. Hands-on practical approach. Understanding of priorities and goals. Honest, punctual, and reliable work ethic. Positive can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team.
