As our Sports Sales Representative and Key Account Executive, you'll leverage your passion for sports to manage our independent account base in the North Island and support our Key Account portfolio nationwide.
A strong focus on multiple sports is essential to ensure our brands are optimally represented in the retail marketplace.
In this role, you'll work across various independent retail channels, including bike, surf, golf, snow, and lifestyle, to lead and drive business growth within your territory.
You'll also assist with key New Zealand accounts such as Rebel Sport, North Beach, EVO Cycles, Backdoor Surf, and Torpedo 7, reporting directly to our NZ Sports Sales Manager.

We're looking for self-motivated applicants who can work independently, effectively manage their time, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and rewarding retail environment.
Requirements for Success
Developing and maintaining key retail relationships to ensure effective communication of the apparel, footwear, accessories, and sunglass range
Developing and maintaining sales targets, sales strategies, and ongoing growth of the Oakley, Costa & Ray-Ban brand to deliver financial performance
Sourcing, opening, and closing accounts to develop our business through all suitable avenues
Ensuring retail marketing and image of our brands are maintained within all accounts
Ensuring goals, service requirements and commitment are maintained by each account
Conducting product training across all brand collections each season with your account base
Working in conjunction with our internal business units, you will develop and execute an annual plan which ensures an efficient ROI for your portfolio.
Skills & Experience
Experience managing accounts in the action sports industry
Proven record of success in achieving sales targets in a wholesale or retail environment
Visual Merchandising experience in the retail industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and influencing ability
Strong negotiating and relationship building capabilities.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Applicants must have a valid driver's license
