On occasion, possibly the North Island also – so you will need to be flexible with your time. Are you an experienced Specialist Cleaner? Do you have the skills we're seeking:
Carpet cleaning.
Ride-on machinery experience.
Floor resealing/polish laying.
High dusting work (working at Heights).
Window cleaning.
Building washes.
What you need to know:
This role will see you based in Sydenham, Christchurch from our offices where you will collect a company vehicle and return it to the yard at the end of your shift. There will be travel around Christchurch, Canterbury and at times the South Island (with plenty of advance notice).
The role is full time – a minimum of 37.5 paid hours weekly, mostly 10pm-6.00am, Sunday night through to Thursday night. However, in order to fulfil the business needs – you will need to be flexible with your time – weekends on occasion too. Your rostered days off are Friday, Saturday and then back to work on a Sunday night at 10pm.
To be successful in this role you must be:
Comfortable working individually and as part of a Team.
Comfortable working at heights.
Experienced in some aspects of Specialist skills as listed above.
Physically fit and motivated.
Pass and maintain a Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check.
