This is a newly created role in our school and a great leadership opportunity!We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, adaptable, and well-organised special education needs coordinator (SENCo) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the overall management, support, and tracking of our neurodiverse learners and intervention programmes, and lead the learning assistant team within the school. The person will also lead our English Language Learner (ELL) programme to ensure that all children receive the tailored support they require to thrive in our school environment.
