About the role
This full-time Spark Business Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the Spark Business Hub Lower South team in Dunedin, Otago. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers, providing them with tailored Spark business solutions and exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of SME customersProactively understanding customers' business needs and objectives to recommend the best-fit Spark products and servicesDelivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or queries in a timely mannerIdentifying growth opportunities and cross-selling/up-selling additional Spark solutionsAchieving individual and team sales targets through effective account managementRepresenting Spark at customer meetings and industry eventsCollaborating with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences What we're looking for Experience in an account management or a customer relationship management role, ideally within the telecommunications or IT services industry preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customersStrong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the benefits of Spark's products and servicesDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsProficient in using CRM and other sales/customer management toolsA self-motivated, proactive approach with a keen eye for detail What we offer
