Competitive Salary, Medical, work uniforms, PPE & incentives Multiple Career Paths and Progression Opportunities A trusted brand and market leading Products Join a company with a great culture & long term staff About the Role   Our Client supplies world leading Construction Equipment Brands through sales and hire of their equipment, as well as having an extensive after-sales division for servicing and parts.  They are now seeking a self-motivated and mechanically minded Parts Consultant, who has superior customer service skills and takes pride in their work.     Working with external customers, sourcing, selling and transferring of parts  will be the primary focus and key priority in this role.  You will be dealing with customers face to face, via email and over the phone, problem solving their parts needs and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will also be responsible for assisting with inwards and outwards goods, cyclical stocktakes and maintenance of the warehouse areas.   What's great about this role: Well established reputable International business Customer interaction and variety in your day Join a Company that values and rewards their staff Incentives, Medical & full work uniform provided Duties: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, face to face, over the phone, via email and online. Processing of sales orders, quotes, invoices, cash handling, EFTPOS and trade accounts. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide advice to customers Strong problem solving skills and ability to use your initiative Complete and coordinate all associated paperwork, record keeping and updating the internal CRM systems. Generate new business leads and maximise opportunities with every customer interaction. Identify and resolve customer concerns, with timely follow up on all client contact.
