They are now seeking a self-motivated and mechanically minded Parts Consultant, who has superior customer service skills and takes pride in their work.
Working with external customers, sourcing, selling and transferring of parts  will be the primary focus and key priority in this role.
You will be dealing with customers face to face, via email and over the phone, problem solving their parts needs and providing exceptional customer service.
In addition, you will also be responsible for assisting with inwards and outwards goods, cyclical stocktakes and maintenance of the warehouse areas.

Processing of sales orders, quotes, invoices, cash handling, EFTPOS and trade accounts.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide advice to customers Strong problem solving skills and ability to use your initiative Complete and coordinate all associated paperwork, record keeping and updating the internal CRM systems.
Generate new business leads and maximise opportunities with every customer interaction.
Identify and resolve customer concerns, with timely follow up on all client contact.
Represent the company values, ethics and services in a professional manner at all times Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a parts consulting role in the earthmoving/heavy vehicle industry Strong solution focused problem-solving skills Passion for building customer relationships and providing top notch service Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer literate, including Microsoft Office applications & CRM systems A genuine team player with a supportive and friendly personality Forklift licence or the ability to obtain a licence MUST have full NZ working rights How to apply: All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
