Job Description: LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME? Pullman Auckland is looking for a full-time talented and passionate Spa Therapist wishing to expand their knowledge and skills in a luxury hotel environment.
Primary Responsibilities: Providing massage, facial, manicure & pedicure and body treatments to the highest standardsBuilding long-term relationships with our guestsUpselling LuxeSpa services and products and other hotel outletsAssisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks.Qualifications: REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa TherapiesExperience in a professional beauty environmentA passion for delivering outstanding service and a memorable experience each timeExceptional personal presentationFlexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends.Why join Accor?
