LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME? Pullman Auckland is looking for a full-time talented and passionate Spa Assistant Manager wishing to expand their knowledge and skills in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Spa Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Manage spa and fitness centre operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.Assist with budget adherence, cost management, and revenue maximisation.Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.Ensure compliance with operating standards and health regulations.Deliver spa treatments and maintain facility cleanliness.Supervise, train, and develop team members to maintain service excellence.Qualifications Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa TherapiesExperience in a professional beauty environmentA passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each timeExceptional personal presentationExcellent communication skillsFlexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.Additional Information Why join Accor?
