South Island Sales Manager Location: South Island, New Zealand About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales operations across the South Island.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial cooling solutions, with a strong background in building and managing client relationships.
This role is essential in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities within the HVAC and refrigeration sectors.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet KPIs.
Collaborate with service and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in sales management, notably in the refrigeration, HVAC, and air conditioning industries.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems, cooling solutions, and HVAC technologies.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Full, clean driver's license and the ability to travel regionally.
