In addition, managing crucial customer relationships and stakeholder interactions will be essential, alongside the development and enhancement of sales skills, competencies and operational processes within your team. Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in business development, especially in relationship driven sales environments. Your strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills will be essential for guiding and coaching teams, as well as engaging with key stakeholders. In addition, you will ideally have previous experience in sectors such as primary industries, with a familiarity and affinity for rural New Zealand being advantageous.
