This Service Advisor position is a full-time (40hrs) position available now, which offers the chance to work with New Zealand's most popular and trusted vehicle brand. Dealing with a variety of people every day, the successful applicant will enjoy working within a great company atmosphere, focused on customer service and achievement of department goals.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include:
Greeting all customers at the service reception
Advising customers on their service and repair options
Booking the service technicians work
Invoicing repair work carried out
Applicants with an automotive background is an advantage but all essential and full training will be provided to the successful person.
All applicants will need to have the right to work in New Zealand and hold a full and clear New Zealand drivers licence.
