The New Zealand Venue Co. family are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Sous Chef to join our team and work at The Pig & Whistle in Queenstown!
A British influenced gastro pub, operating over 2 floors with a terrace and upstairs dining area. With sports, TAB, pool and a regular quiz night, this venue never misses a beat. Not forgetting their iconic Sunday roasts!
We are looking for an exceptional leader to work alongside our Head Chef, to take the kitchen team and the venue to the next level, putting the Pig & Whistle on the Queenstown map.
We are considering applications from existing Sous Chefs, and from Senior Chef de Parties who have a sound knowledge of menu creation, budgeting and controlling seasonal peaks and troughs.
