The menus are carefully crafted and very accessible, driven by quality, using familiar ingredients found in a region boasting plentiful seafood, wild game, lamb & beef, as well as an abundance of fruit and vegetables. Our talented team collaborates with our gardeners and partners to make the most of the produce on offer for you to experience.
This position provides you with the opportunity to really get noticed and showcase your skills. Help lead, develop, create new menus and manage; the Owner is looking for a Sous Chef to help take control of this kitchen and run it.
Engage with the guests to provide them with a unique dining experience. You will follow the latest food trends and have the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to show your skills and cuisine knowledge to New Zealand.
*On offer is a full-time / permanent position, or if you would like to do a Summer contract in Marlborough, we can consider this as well.
$30 - $36 hour depending on your experience
