Our vision is simple - quality, approachable, fun food that has people coming back time after time. The venue is predominantly an evening venue with lunch firing a few days a week.
We are looking for an experienced Sous to join the team, keep the kitchen team humming, continue to grow the business alongside the Head Chef and owners & become a valued member of our hospo family. We pride ourselves on the quality, consistency and creativity of the food we offer and are looking for someone who shares that vision.
The Role: Full time/5 days per week but never more than 40 hours
Menu development - working with the Head Chef & owners to create a knock out menu!
Working as part of a fun and focused team
Helping guide passionate young chefs to success
Training staff
Ordering, costing, managing wastage
Working alongside the owners in a supportive environment
