Sous Chef

The Feilding Golf Club is looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef.Under the direction of the Head Chef and the General Manager, the Sous Chef will assist with the day-to-day running and management of the kitchen.Your role will include overseeing, training, and mentoring other chefs; ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the standard recipes and ensuring the guests' satisfaction is consistent with Feilding Golf Club's standards. You will report to the Head Chef and be responsible for the entire kitchen operation in their absence.Contract: Permanent, Full-timeReports to: Head ChefThe Feilding Golf Club is a mature country course located in the heart of the Manawatu.
