Sous Chef

We're looking for a Legendary Lone Star Sous Chef.
Could it be you?You're an experienced chef, with your Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
A Certificate in Professional Cookery, or a City and Guilds qualification is a plus.Maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen is second nature to you.
You'll be overseeing the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, so juggling cleaning, prep work, and working on colds, hots, grill and pans is all in a day's work.You'll be supporting the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, so you're a good communicator, comfortable delegating, and love training and mentoring great talent.
And of course, you're a top team player, ready to jump in and help at the drop of a hat.You're used to working with established systems and processes.
