The successful applicant will be highly passionate about food and the hospitality industry and excited about creating and presenting dishes.  
A minimum 2 years experience managing busy, high output kitchens including functions, large bookings, set menu, banquet and canapes, as well as day to day menu preparation.  Staff training is also a key responsibility of the role
Absolutely a hands on role and one that must be inclusive of the rest of the kitchen and front of house teams.  Strong support for senior management across all venues and departments.
Areas of responsibility include general upkeep of kitchen and equipment, rosters, food costs, menu preparation, and systems implementation.
Maintain and update current food control plan
