You like the idea of a fast-paced, high-volume environment with plenty of camaraderie and banter along the way.Responsibilities:Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen on a shift-by-shift basis.Assist the Head Chef with training other team members.Contribute to menu development.Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen.
