You like the idea of a fast-paced, high-volume environment with plenty of camaraderie and banter along the way.Your responsibilities would be to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen on a shift by shift basis, assisting the Head Chef with:Training other team membersMenu developmentMaintaining a clean and tidy kitchen(among other tasks).
