With Summer on its way, we are on the hunt for a Sous chef to join the awesome kitchen crew.

Tasks & responsibilities
Preparing food to a consistently high standard, whilst meeting hygiene and food safety standards
Being a valued team player by being reliable and consistent. Show up with a great attitude and deliver right to the end of the shift.
To be responsible for preparing and delivering meals with an emphasis on quality, quantity, and food safety
Manage kitchen costs including food and wage cost.
Review and follow the daily production sheets with the Executive Chef
Assist in the production and maintaining of par stocks of Meat, Vegetables, Dry Store
Supervise the work carried out by the commis chef and kitchen hands
Organizing stock and prepared food to prevent raw material wastage
Attend meetings and briefings for kitchen staff
