You like the idea of a fast-paced, high-volume environment with plenty of camaraderie and banter along the way.

Your responsibilities include:

Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen on a shift-by-shift basis.Assisting the Head Chef with training other team members.Menu development.Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen.
