Sous Chef

About the role As our Sous Chef, you will be leading and managing a team of staff including Chefs and Kitchen Hands to perform and produce high quality food and service that reflects the Stratosfare Restaurant concept.
We're seeking a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a flexible attitude, as the role requires working rostered shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring: Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, with extensive experience in large production-style kitchens.
Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Attributes: Self-motivated, innovative, and possesses a flair for food and presentation.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently.
