Job DescriptionBeing exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple tasks, your responsibilities will include:Supervising the team for preparation and service delivery in a hand on capacity.Assist in driving service standards to ensure the highest level of service execution is achieved.Hands on throughout all periods and areas of the kitchen brigade.Following efficient preparation methods and standards recipes to ensure wastage costs are controlled.Training and development of the team to ensure they grow from strength to strengthQualificationsIn order to be successful for this role:Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful culinary experience to all guests!Previous experience in a hotel environmentHotel experience – 4 or 5 star productHold a current NZ Food Safety CertificateExceptional organizational and guest service delivery skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time, working well under pressure.Flexibility of availability – able to work days/evenings/weekendsAdditional InformationWhy join Accor? Accor isn't just about developing your career; it's also about helping you enjoy it too.
