If you want to be part of an inspired team who share our commitment to quality,sustainability, and innovation, then we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Sous Chef: Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to execute aseasonal, locally-sourced menu that emphasizes simplicity and the natural quality ofingredients. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth professional kitchen operations,contributing to menu development and ingenious ways to use excess seasonalproduce. You'll be a natural leader passionate about food and able to uphold processand quality both for yourself and the team around you. Baker/Prep Chef: Prepare a variety of baked goods and assist with the preparation offresh, seasonal ingredients.
