We are looking for talented individuals to join our kitchen team as a Sous Chef or Baker. Our eatery
and catering business is going through some exciting changes under new leadership. We're
on a mission to become a leading Hawkes Bay eatery and are building the team to get us

Key Responsibilities:
? Sous Chef: Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to execute a
seasonal, locally-sourced menu that emphasizes simplicity and the natural quality of
ingredients. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth professional kitchen operations,
contributing to menu development and ingenious ways to use excess seasonal
produce. You'll be a natural leader passionate about food and able to uphold process
and quality both for yourself and the team around you.
? Baker/Prep Chef: Prepare a variety of baked goods and assist with the preparation of
fresh, seasonal ingredients. You will contribute to the development of daily menu
items and assist in creating pantry and fridge products for customers to enjoy at home.
